1、 Public paid lawyer:

（1） Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling litigation and non litigation cases assigned by law firms;
2. Responsible for assisting in handling public affairs of the law firm.

（2） Job responsibilities:
1. Litigation direction: Preliminary drafting and review of litigation and arbitration texts, assisting in legal and regulatory searches, evidence organization, collection of property clues, drafting and sending of lawyers letters, property preservation, filing, court hearings, execution, and other related work.
2. Non litigation direction: Participate in specialized legal services arranged by the law firm.
3. Assist in handling public affairs assigned by other law firms.

（3） Job requirements:
1. Full time bachelors degree or above in law, holding a lawyers practice certificate and having practical experience.
2. Having good conduct, adhering to professional ethics, and having no record of disciplinary actions in the wrong industry;
3. Solid legal foundation, with good logical thinking ability, language expression and communication skills, and writing ability;
4. Identify with the development philosophy of the law firm, possess good team communication skills, and be able to handle strong work pressure;
5. Have a certain understanding and interest in intellectual property and entertainment law business directions;
6. Priority will be given to holding a patent agent qualification certificate.

2、 Commission Lawyer:

Job requirements:
1. Graduates from well-known law schools both domestically and internationally with a Masters degree in Law are given priority consideration, with no restrictions on professional directions;
2. Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in a law firm or corporate legal department;
3. Hold a domestic lawyers practice certificate and have no adverse practice records. Priority will be given to those with foreign bar qualifications;
4. Mature development in the business field, with certain professional service capabilities;
5. Honest and rigorous, diligent in research, possessing good teamwork awareness and communication skills, able to withstand strong work pressure.
