1. Interning Attorney:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Drafting legal documents, obtaining and organizing evidence materials, case follow-up, case law and regulation research, assisting in negotiations, and supporting trial proceedings;
2. Legal research and document retrieval, drafting of legal research articles;
3. Participated in the legal due diligence of non-contentious projects, assisting in drafting and proofreading legal opinions under the guidance of lawyers;
4. Assist in guiding lawyers in communicating with clients and judges, and coordinating related matters;
5. Assist in guiding lawyers to handle other work matters.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, recent graduate or with internship experience in a law firm;
2. Possess strong communication skills and a robust learning ability;
3. Have the willingness to pursue long-term development in legal work and learn new fields of knowledge;
4. Upright character, meticulous work, and a conscientious attitude;
5. Having passed the bar exam and met the eligibility requirements for intern attorney applications, the law firm can proceed with the relevant procedures.

II. Publicly Appointed Lawyers:

Job Description:
1. Assist the host in handling relatively complex litigation cases, execution objections, and execution objection lawsuits;
2. Assist in investigation and evidence collection as required by the lead attorney;
3. Participate in team case analysis meetings and seminars;
4. Assist the lead attorney in conducting business negotiations;
5. Assist in handling intellectual property-related cases and other civil and commercial matters;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the lead attorney and possess strong research skills.

Job Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or higher in Law, with a practicing lawyers license and relevant professional experience;
2. Possess good character, adhere to professional ethics, and have no record of disciplinary actions in the industry;
3. Solid legal foundation, with strong logical thinking skills, language expression and communication abilities, and writing proficiency;
4. Align with the firms development philosophy, possess strong team communication skills, and be capable of handling significant work pressure.

Age requirement: under 29 years old

3. Commission Lawyers:

Job requirements:
1. Graduates from renowned law schools both domestically and internationally are preferred, with a masters degree in law, and no specific major is required;
2. Possess at least 1-2 years of work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department;
3. Hold a domestic lawyers practicing certificate with no adverse professional records. Foreign bar qualifications are preferred;
4. The business sector has matured and possesses a certain level of specialized service capabilities;
5. Honest and rigorous, dedicated to in-depth research, with strong teamwork awareness and communication skills, capable of handling significant work pressure.

Position Description:
1. Handle case sources assigned by the firm or law office, with commissions based on a proportional system, meeting or exceeding industry standards. Specific ratios to be discussed in detail;
2. Capable of handling cases independently with over one year of independent practice; s case sources may relax this requirement;
3. The law firm provides a favorable platform for promotion and development, along with a well-established collaboration and exchange mechanism;
4. No need for fixed office hours, convenient transportation, and an excellent work environment.
