Lawyer Huang Wenzheng is good at handling civil and commercial disputes and criminal defense. In her more than ten years of practice, she has handled cases involving multiple civil and commercial fields, mainly focusing on contract disputes, tort disputes, advertising and new media disputes, etc. Lawyer Huang is active in the retail and service industries, providing legal advisory services for clothing manufacturing and sales enterprises and security service enterprises. She has in-depth research on enterprise joint operation, consignment sales, and franchising. Lawyer Huang started her practice in 2007 and has successively served as a community legal counselor and a backbone legal aid lawyer in Luwan District and Huangpu District. She provided legal support for sub-districts, their affiliated enterprises, and neighborhood committees through legal lectures and regular thematic legal consultations. Since 2010, she has participated in the Lawyer Volunteer Group of Huangpu District Federation of Trade Unions, the Shanghai Women Lawyers Group, and the Volunteer Group for Letters and Visits Reception of Huangpu District Government, providing effective legal assistance by participating in labor dispute mediation and window reception. With meticulous observation, Lawyer Huang often identifies issues related to people's livelihood in work and life. She organizes and conducts in-depth research on these issues, and puts forward relevant social conditions and public opinions through the public opinion channels of the Huangpu District Women Lawyers Association and the Huangpu District Committee of Zhigong Party. Many of her social conditions and public opinions have been adopted by the Shanghai Women's Federation, the Shanghai Municipal Committee of Zhigong Party, and the Shanghai Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference. In 2018 and 2021, she was consecutively appointed as a member of the Supervision Committee of the Huangpu District Committee of Zhigong Party. From 2007 to 2010, Lawyer Huang was repeatedly rated as an Excellent Community Legal Counsel and an Excellent Backbone Legal Aid Lawyer in Luwan District. From 2011 to 2017, she was repeatedly rated as an Excellent Legal Aid Lawyer in Huangpu District. In 2017, she won the title of the First Excellent Young Lawyer in Huangpu District.
